STUDY:

The study of your SELF (selves) in your SPACE

It’s all there inside you already. We will work together to bring it out and make a plan for a refresh that is an authentic expression of you/your family.

Consider a STUDY a “lighter” design process that aims to define the environment you want to live in, establish your aesthetic, explore your current use of space, and your intentions for the future. Through discovery prompts and tools, we will retrieve memories/ideas, identify heirloom/significant objects, and unearth a design strategy that represents your true you. STORY will empower and position you to finish your space on your own with joy. 

STUDY is a good place to start if:

- You want to roll up your sleeves and participate in crafting your new space

- You have already tried simply buying stuff (and more stuff), but want to take a step back in order to create the right story and feeling in your home

- You believe in the concept of circular economy

- You have ideas but need help with a holistic strategy and/or finessing the design details

- You love a good DIY but need a kick start or creative direction

STUDY consists of two parts:

- A fun, collaborative intake meeting where we learn about you and document your space

- The development and delivery of your Guidebook including: Floor Plan/ Furniture Layout/ Color Palette /Capsule Starter Vintage Collection /Textile + Paint Sourcing/ Design Strategy

FULL SERVICE:

From Start-To-Finish: Complete Collaborative Design Package. The STUDY (<——) informs our conceptual development, with the addition of drawings, weekly design flow meetings, sourcing, purchasing, storage, delivery, and install. Design and Builds may include a comprehensive design team consisting of an architect, contractor, and project manager as determined. 

This is for you if:

-You are moving in, renovating, or are needing a comprehensive home refresh

-You need a team to manage the entirety of the project

-You crave something a little bit different than what is out there 

-You believe in the well-made and durable over the throwaway and plastic, beauty in imperfection, artisan-crafted in lieu of mass-produced.

Project Fee (starting at $3500/room 3 room min or $4000/room)

STUDIO HOURS:

Smaller a la carte design projects. Clients book Hollie in studio to review space needs, brainstorm, create color schemes, and pour through her sample library of wall coverings, paint colors, and textiles.
